How long does the coaching take?
You can feel the difference even in one session. For more day-to-day functional issues, progress is more evident after a few sessions. More entrenched behaviors (fear, courage, habits) take at least 3 months to feel progress. If we find we work well together sessions can be continued.
How does the process work?
The process works by asking very powerful questions to truly experience the difference between your inner thoughts and your soul’s expression. This is done in an environment that is unconditional, compassionate, without judgment, and more objective than a close friend generally provides.
How do you keep clients engaged?
For 45 minutes 3 weeks per month (and unlimited emails) it’s all about YOU! In addition, I provide a safe environment for experimentation with your new behaviors and experiences.
How is your coaching unique?
Through courage, compassion, fearlessness, creativity, and definitely a sense of humor, I allow the discovery to be all yours. I get to be the passenger in your self-discovery; to witness the experience of you finding whom you really are, is an adventure in and of itself!
